Once you register and pay, you will receive a login course number and course key to access the EMT or Paramedic refresher. Follow the directions carefully. The JB Learning site is our LMS platform. We will send the information within 24 business hours. When you have completed it, please email [email protected] and state that you have completed the course and which one, EMT or Paramedic. This provides us with double verification. Click the desired course below to go to our secure shopping cart.

REMEMBER: Once completed, you may renew with the State or NREMT. A certificate will be sent to your email soon. EETI does not send completion certificates to the State or NREMT, as it is not required, and you do not need to upload one at this time. Keep your certificate on file for three years in case of an audit.

IF you require CAPCE credit, read the PDF instructions on how to obtain that certificate. Florida does NOT require CAPCE, but some States do. EETI does not handle the CAPCE certificate. You will receive a completion certificate from EETI showing the credit hours accepted by Florida and other states. Consult with your State on acceptance. Download CAPCE Instructions (PDF)
